Communicating with you - Member statements

All IRIS members will receive the following communications from IRIS:

What?
When?
An annual tax statement and PAYG Payment Summary in relation to income paid and tax deducted* during each year. July
A consolidated annual statement for the financial year showing all transactions, earnings applied and fees deducted as well as confirmation of your beneficiaries.
September
A copy of the annual report
December
Confirmation of any change in your details (eg. change of name or investment option).
When a change has been processed
A Centrelink Schedule (Note: A yearly Centrelink Schedule is sent directly to Centrelink on your behalf in July) After every commutation/withdrawal
A copy of the quarterly performance report
Four times per year

In addition to this, you can request details of your IRIS account by contacting us or login to IRIS Member Online.

Sign up to receive member information from us via email!

To minimise our impact on the environment, we are actively working on reducing our paper mail-outs.

We offer all members the option to receive quarterly and annual reports as well as general investor information via email instead of in the mail. We will email you a hyperlink to our website from where the reports can be downloaded (example email).

It’s easy to sign up: just email us your details (member number, name and address)!

If you want a printed copy of one of our reports in the future, just contact us and we’ll send you a copy. Our reports are printed on 100% recycled paper, of course!


* Only the taxable component of IRIS payments received while under age 60 are required to be recorded on your tax return.
